How Did We Get From Aloha to Anno?

It all happened so fast.  One minute I am sitting at the beach in Maui, relaxing with a good book and the next Rita is informing me that she received an incredible offer for a cruise to St. Petersburg, Russia!!!  St. Petersburg was high on our bucket list and we almost made it there in 2007.  We had to be in London on May17th for a wedding so it would be easy to extend our time in Europe.

The ship, the Seabourn Quest, departs from Stockholm, Sweden on the afternoon of May 25^th then heads to Tallinn in Estonia for a day, spends three full days in St. Petersburg, one full day in Helsinki, Finland and one day at sea before docking in Copenhagen, Denmark

Since we have spent a lot of time in Copenhagen, we will head directly to the airport from the ship and depart for 6 days in Munich.  We had planned on spending time in Munich on our 2010 trip through Germany but our accommodation did not work out.  This time we hope it will be different. While in Munich we want to tour the Old Town, visit Dachau Concentration Camp and take a trip to the mountain lakes district.  We will return to Vancouver on June 9th.
